THE SOLO CONCERT
In his solo concert, Mihael Hrustelj brings together virtuosic classical guitar, Slovenian folk songs, original compositions and striking interpretations of classical music.
Using guitar, voice, bass drum and percussive guitar techniques, he creates an intimate yet rhythmically powerful performance that can move from a whispered folk melody to the energy of an entire ensemble.
The program is available in 60- and 75-minute formats for concert halls, festivals, cultural centres, churches and intimate alternative venues.

About Mihael
Mihael Hrustelj is a Slovenian guitarist, singer and composer whose work connects classical virtuosity, Slovenian folk tradition, original composition and improvisation.
A graduate of the Rotterdam conservatory, he has released nine albums and performed across Europe and East Asia. His work includes solo concerts, original music for big band, interdisciplinary productions and collaborations with acclaimed Slovenian and international artists.
