🍃 I had the pleasure of leading a whole-day Sound Mind Workshop at the Johann-joseph-fux-konservatorium in Graz, Austria, for music professionals and teachers from Styria.

The full-day format gave us the chance to dive deep into self-awareness, focus, and emotional balance, while also leaving space for reflection and practice.

What inspired me most was connecting with such curious, open-minded educators who were eager to explore new perspectives. I’m grateful for the energy, questions, and openness everyone brought into the room — encounters like this remind me why I love creating spaces where growth, creativity, and music meet.
