Sound Mind Podcast is alive

It fills me with the greatest delight to share with you my very first episode of my very own podcast called 'Sound Mind.' It is something that has been on my wish list for a very long time. I will be hosting interesting people from the musical field and having discussions about musical and personal growth, pursuing excellence, self-talk, body and mind maintenance, practice and work routines, the music business, and more. My wish is to introduce my guests not only as artists and masters of their craft but also as clever individuals who, in my opinion, have delved into something profound and have a chat about that. For now, my plan is to release one session every two weeks. I am loving every second of this process, and I hope you will enjoy it as well, so stay tuned! The podcasts will, for now, be shared through the YouTube platform.

On this first episode my guest is Aleksandra Šuklar, a brilliant musician, marimba artist and multi-percussionist, currently also a member of the Hans Zimmer Live and The World of Hans Zimmer band.

We will discuss topics such as self motivation, being your own boss, growing up in a musical family and more.

"Sound mind" is often used to describe someone who is mentally healthy, level-headed, and emotionally stable. It emphasizes having a clear and rational approach to various aspects of life, including decision-making, problem-solving, and coping with challenges. Sound mind is not easy to maintain but it serves as the best connection to yourself and others.
